Job description: Basics of GSM, Callp, Unix, Readiness to work under pressure, handle 24x7, Ability to work independently Shell scripting, Clearcase, Design & testing experience SE or SSE for Nortel GSM BSS Level3 support. Work is to attend to the problems reported by Nortel customers and solves them with self-knowledge/ interacting with design team. In the process, interact with field support teams, design/test teams, project management teams etc. Should handle 24x7 support in turns. Candidate profile : 3-6 years of experience in above mentioned technologies BE/B Tech/M Tech degree in Electronics Engg./Comp Sc. Shell scripting, Clearcase, Design & testing experience Soft skills: - Self Motivated
